What's eligible for return?
- Almost everything, except for a few:
- Customized pre-order products
- Adult sizes in any category
- Items with extra sleeves, dupatta, or personalization
- Exclusions like hair accessories, underwear, vests, rakhis, pillows, bedding, blankets, bunting, play mats, towels, photo props, diapers, bows & ties, bangles, and doll dresses
- For anything you do want to return, just make sure it's in its original packing with labels and tags, unused, and still in good shape.
How do I send back what I don't want?
Just drop us an email at email@example.com within 10 days of getting your delivery. Include your order number and the product(s) you want to return. Ship the goods back to us within 30 days from the delivery date. Our return address is: Muffet Retail Private Limited, 11 Happy Home Society, Nehru Road, Vile Parle E, Mumbai 400057. Feel free to use your friends / family or a local logistics company to send it our way. Just a heads up, you'll be responsible for the return shipping and any non-refundable Indian customs charges.
When can I expect my money back?
Once we get the return, we'll give the product(s) a once-over to make sure everything's in tip-top shape. Once it clears that check, we'll send the refund back to your original payment method. Give it about 7-10 business days for the magic to happen and your account to reflect the refund. Just a quick FYI: shipping charges and any customs duty or taxes won't be part of the refund party.
What if I get a product that's not up to snuff?
We're usually on top of our quality game, but in the rare event that you come across a faulty or defective product, or just have any gripes about it, shoot us an email within 48 hours of getting it. Make sure to toss in your order number and some clear pics of the hiccup in the product. We'll sort it out together!
What if my customized order isn't quite right?
We give each product a thorough quality check before it gets all packed up. Our dedicated team even gives customizations a double look. But hey, if you happen to get a product that doesn't quite match what you asked for, shoot us an email within 48 hours of receiving it. Don't forget to throw in your order number and snap some clear pics with a tape measure on top of the product. We'll sort things out together!
Good to know:
The measurements of products might have a bit of wiggle room—usually 1-2 inches because measuring things can be a bit tricky. If you've given us your body measurements for customization, the outfit might end up being up to 3 inches more than your body measurements for girls and up to 5 inches more for boys. Also, the looseness can vary depending on the design. Just a little something to keep in mind!
Keen on swapping sizes?
While we don't do direct exchanges, you can always return the eligible goodies within the return period and snag the right size by placing a fresh order. Easy peasy!
Change of plans? Here's how to cancel:
You've got 24 hours from the order date to cancel it. If it's a ready-to-ship order, cancel it before it hits the road. Just shoot us a quick message at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, and we'll handle the cancellation.
